Subscription & Money-Back Policy

This page describes subscription terms and refund rules for (the "App", "Service", "we", "our", "us"), including purchases made on and through the Apple App Store.

Subscription Terms

Free or Paid Trial

We may offer a trial subscription, either free or for a small fee. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the price shown on the payment screen. We will clearly indicate if a trial is available before you check out. Occasionally, we may offer discounted rates that renew at the regular price, or other promotions.

Subscription Renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, weekly) until you cancel.

Pricing Plan

We offer a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial for eligible first-time users. After the trial, you will be automatically charged $6.99 USD per week (or the equivalent shown at checkout in your currency). The subscription then renews automatically at the same weekly rate unless canceled.

Actual prices may vary by country, taxes, and payment method. The final price is always shown before you confirm payment.

In case of a payment failure for the upcoming billing cycle, we reserve the right to switch the subscription to a lower-cost plan where permitted.

Payment Method

Payment is charged to the method you provided at purchase confirmation or at the end of the trial period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method (Apple App Store or card/wallet on our website, as applicable).

Cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or before the current subscription period expires.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion and are subject to this policy and applicable law. After your subscription period ends, we generally cannot refund charges unless required by law. See the Money-Back Policy below for additional options where offered at checkout.

Changes

We may change subscription fees at any time, providing you reasonable notice by posting new prices in the app, on our website, or by email. If you do not agree to the new fees, you can cancel before they take effect.

Money-Back Policy

I. Rules for Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to refund options provided by law, if you bought our app directly from and were offered a money-back option during checkout, you may request a refund if you did not see visible results with our program, provided you meet all of the following conditions:

Important Notice

Only meeting the conditions above entitles you to a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantee applies only in the specified circumstances and does not cover any other situations.

II. General Refund Policies

We value feedback and strive to ensure customers are satisfied with our products and services. If you find our services unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a refund based on the terms here. We may also consider certain refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds are typically only available during the subscription period. If your subscription has already expired when you request a refund, we may not be able to process it.

Residents of California or Connecticut (USA): If you cancel your purchase before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date, we will refund your payment as required by applicable law.

Attention to EU Residents

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for services. When you acquire a single item of digital content (such as a one-off download), you may waive that right once access is granted.

By subscribing to our Service (ongoing access, not a single digital file), you explicitly request and consent to immediate access. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount corresponding to the proportion of the Service already provided before we received your withdrawal notice.

Exercising the right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from the day you enter into the contract. Notify us at info@maverix.agency with a clear statement of withdrawal. To meet the deadline, send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
