SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Free or Paid Trial: We may offer a trial subscription, either free or for a small fee. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the price shown on the payment screen. We'll clearly indicate if a trial is available before you check out.

Subscription Renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Pricing Plan: Weekly plan with a 3-day free trial; then $6.99 USD per week unless canceled. Prices may vary by region and taxes.

Payment Method: Charged to the method you provided at checkout (Apple Pay, card, or App Store).

Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before trial or period ends. Website purchases (https://arisekids.us): use Stripe receipt link or email info@maverix.agency. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

Refunds: At our discretion and per applicable law. See Money-Back Policy below.

Changes: We may change fees with reasonable notice. Cancel before new fees take effect if you disagree.

MONEY-BACK POLICY

I. Money-back guarantee — If offered at checkout on https://arisekids.us, contact us within 30 days before period ends; follow the program (3–7 consecutive days per plan length); demonstrate usage. We respond by email.

II. General refunds — During active subscription only. CA/CT residents: cancel within 3 business days for refund where required.

EU: 14-day withdrawal right where applicable; notify info@maverix.agency.
